The motive behind establishing "TURKISH CENTRAL" was a vision to introduce a unique speciality in the food sector. Considering the nature of delicacy of our hyderabadi's, we came up with an idea of making shawarma's using an indifferent style of cooking that involves charcoal cooking. Our chef being an expertise in turkish and hyderabadi cuisine, has maintained the standards in justifying our tagline "turkish flavor with hyderabadi blend".
