Turn Off Turn On Ventures started in September 2021 as Jia-Hong's decision to write his first angel check in the sustainability and climate change space. Over the next few months and with the support of his close friends and mentors, Jia-Hong built a private angel syndicate that evolved into Turn Off Turn On Ventures today.
