While driving this rapid growth she above all else preserved the high standard of support for NDIS participants and fostered a positive, supportive and fun company culture. As a managing director Kate had direct involvement across all aspects of the company, including marketing, finance and NDIS compliance. She was directly involved in the company passing three NDIS Audits with flying colours. Kate has a background in psychology, with experience in coaching and mentoring teams to thrive and ensure business growth. While growing her previous business Kate also had two babies and understands the juggle people face.
