We are an independent craft Tasmanian distillery founded in 2018 and located at Tamar Ridge, just 15 minutes from Launceston in the iconic Tamar Valley. We produce premium Three Cuts Gin/Vodka and Rosevears Whisky.
Three Cuts Gin is Tasmania's highest award winning Gin and one of the highest International ranked gins. Rosevears Whisky includes a range of Tasmanian Single Malts, and our Three Grain Whiskey, Tasmania's first "Bourbon Style" whiskey with 100% Tasmanian grains.
