Turning Point Foundation is a Non-profit, community based organization dedicated to the recovery of persons with mental illness living in Ventura County. Our mission is to provide shelter, housing, rehabilitation, recovery and support services to adults disabled by mental illness reach their highest potential and become contributing members of the community,
Our programs include Housing First Homeless 2 Home Street Outreach program, Our Place Safe Haven Shelter, Supported Transitional and Permanent Housing programs, Mental Health Rehabilitation Programs, Peer Support Wellness Centers and Quality of Life Improvement Peer Support Board and Care program.
