Today, we stand as one of the market's most respected and comprehensive retailers of premium fruits, vegetables and specialist foods. You can also find us serving up Wild Mushroom Risotto, Triple Cooked Chips, Fresh Juice and Chocolate Covered Strawberries. All are born from our produce on the stall, fulfilling our mission of zero-waste. Our surplus wild & specialist mushrooms are the basis for our beloved spelt risotto, while leftover tomatoes and carrots from our display morphed into homemade ketchup and curry sauce for our triple cooked chips. All overripe fruit is transformed into fresh juice, hand-pressed or squeezed each morning.
