Turtel soll Nutzer*innen die Teilhabe an der aktuellen Datingwelt ermöglichen bzw. erleichtern. Turtel möchte einen Raum für Liebe, Partnerschaft und Nähe auch für Menschen mit Behinderungen schaffen und diesen aktiv mit ihnen gestalten. Die Innovation besteht in der gemeinsamen Konzeptionierung mit potenziellen Nutzer*innen der App und der Perspektive von Fachkräften aus der Praxis.
