Your role will involve managing delivery schedules, coordinating with drivers, and maintaining accurate records of deliveries. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, a strong attention to detail, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. Responsibilities: Coordinate delivery schedules and routes to optimize efficiency and minimize delays. Communicate effectively with drivers to provide instructions and updates on delivery assignments. Ensure that all deliveries are completed on time and in accordance with customer requirements. Monitor delivery progress and address any issues or obstacles that may arise. Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including delivery times, signatures, and any delivery discrepancies. Respond promptly to customer inquiries and concerns regarding delivery status or issues. Follow company policies and procedures regarding vehicle maintenance, safety protocols, and delivery practices. Collaborate with other team members to identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent. Proven experience in a delivery or logistics role preferred. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Valid driver's license and clean driving record. Familiarity with GPS navigation Google Map.
