Turu-uuringute AS is an independent research company locating in Tallinn, that has been operating in the Estonian market since 1994. The owner of the company, and our Finnish co-operation partner is Taloustutkimus OY (TOY) having over 30 years of experience in market research. Our team comprises 22 full-time employees, including 6 research managers. We have a strong fieldwork unit – network of ca 150 experienced interviewers all over Estonia, of whom 20 are specialised in phone surveys. We offer full service in the field of public opinion and marketing, but also social research. Our methods include face-to-face interviews, phone interviews, focus groups and in-depth interviews, also in-hall and products tests, and several more. We also conduct monthly Omnibus 1000 – a regular all-Estonian survey which as a rule covers 1000 respondents. Besides we offer a unique possibility in Estonia to analyse the survey results across the value segments of Valuegraphics – a customer segmentation tool. Our mission is to be a market-focused and the most recognised co-operation partner that provides up-to-date solutions for our clients. In our work we rely on the ICC/ESOMAR International Code of Marketing and Social Research Practice.
