Safe and environmentally friendly driving Turvanasta Oy is a stud manufacturer based in Turku, South-Western Finland. The company is the market leader in its field, with more than 40% market share of the global stud market. The global demand for the studs has exceeded to over 2 billion pieces and Turvanasta Oy's present share of the pot is from 800 million to 1 billion. Turvanasta (“Safety Studs”) provide exceptionally good adhesion for winter tyres. Our studs are used when driving in demanding winter conditions on ice and snow. Turvanasta is well-known amongst our customers, who represent the global leaders of tyre factories, tyre resellers, and companies producing studded tyres. Over the past thirty years, the Turvanasta Group has made several important stud innovations, which enhance safety, minimize fuel consumption and lessen road erosion.
