Tuzla Public Hospital

Our hospital building was built by Tuzla Municipality in 1997. It was transferred to the Social Insurance Institution in 2002 and started to serve as SSK Children's Diseases Hospital. In 2004, it was moved to the State Railways Yakacık Hospital Pediatric Clinic and served as SSK Kartal Hospital Tuzla District Polyclinic. With the transfer of SSK Hospitals to the Ministry of Health with the law no. 5283 dated 1902.2005, it was connected to Pendik State Hospital. It started to serve as Tuzla State Hospital on 26.04.2005 with the ministry approval numbered 3072. Tuzla State Hospital and Kartal Yavuz Selim State Hospital were merged and started to serve as Tuzla State Hospital in its new service building as of September 18, 2017. Tuzla State Hospital has 335 beds.
