The BLOBbox software allowed electronics manufacturers like TeleSystem to launch on the market sophisticated connected products, constantly improved and updated online.

The BLOBbox platform was based on the Linux operating system, it was open and used widely adopted languages for TV applications: HTML, CSS, Javascript.

TVBLOB provided free development resources with the BLOBkit SDK, freely downloadable from www.blobforge.com, the BLOBbox Developers Community website.
The Hybrid BLOBbox, produced by TELE System and running software by TVBLOB, introduced a totally new product category, with the aim of providing users with the best digital television experience.
