The main goal of the Congress is to pass on knowledge to professionals that is up-to-date, useful, and easy to put into practice from a holistic perspective and to create an international scientific platform for the unique viticultural and oenological traditions of the Tokaj World Heritage Wine Region. The University of Tokaj and University of Debrecen would like to strengthen their international scientific network in the transdisciplinary fields of viticulture, oenology, wine culture and wine business through inviting lectures by top scientists, researchers and practicing professionals, worldwide known viticulturists, and winemakers. The Congress is open to scientists, students, educators, managers, policy, and decision-makers. It will consist of invited lectures, scientific sessions with oral and poster presentations, and a scientific and cultural excursion.
