Situated at the heart of the Medway City Estate in Rochester, Kent, Twenty Four Hour Engineering is able to undertake both machining and fabrication to meet your requirements. Founded in 1995, the company occupies over 7,000 sq ft of production space, specialising in one-offs, prototyping and batch manufacturing runs. We are able to work in steel, stainless steel, aluminium and most plastics for machining, and steel, stainless, and aluminium for fabrication. In addition we have sheet metal facilities, and custom scrolling machinery for those special gates and grills. - Fabrication, from one off bespoke items to batch work, - CNC machining (Milling & turning), - Steel glazing systems, the manufacturing of fire doors, window's & screen, - Structural Steel for extensions and new builds, - Polyester and Nylon Powder Coating with shot blasting facilities. Jason Reavell, the owner started Twenty Four Hour Engineering Ltd hands on in the workshop fabricating gates and balustrades and has expanded the business over the years to make Twenty Four Engineering what it is today. The business has doubled its work force in the past two years and all our employees have a wide range of experience in the engineering and fabrication industry. We have a vast range of in house machinery and dedicated divisions, from Sheet Metal, Machining, Structural Steel and Steel Glazing systems, Many of the products we manufacture are powder coated and with endless delays and issues, Jason decided to set up his own powder coating and shot blasting company called JDM Powder Tech Ltd. Started in January 2014 to work in uniform with Twenty Four Hour Engineering Ltd to supply all powder coating requirements has seen JDM Powder Tech Ltd grow from strength to strength and now has many regular customers. We pride ourselves on the service we offer and have a great friendly team of staff who are always happy to discuss your project at its early stage helping you through the design to the finished product. Our staff cover years of experience across many industries which has enabled us to combine our knowledge and experiences to work effectively as a team to provide our customers a really personal service to achieve their expectations.
