Twenty11 is a charitable housing company that offers rents, tenancies, coaching and support that change as people’s circumstances change.
Our business has been set up to address the current challenges faced by our communities which include rents that are unaffordable, difficulty resolving anti-social behaviour cases and a lack of opportunities that are available to widen people’s choices. We aim to help our customers progress, reach their potential and realise their aspirations, whether that’s in work, education or in training. We want them to build on and benefit from community involvement and to have the support and access they need to improve their family circumstances, while living in quality homes they can afford.
We want to be more than a trusted and valued organisation – we want to truly help realise the potential in our communities, with an emphasis on customer engagement that generates positive results and is focussed on what’s really important to local people.
