Paul is currently winding down his direct work with entrepreneurs and their teams. His intent is to capitalise on 30+ years of building businesses and working with hundreds of entrepreneurs and their teams by developing a new way in which he can support even more entrepreneurs and businesses in the coming decades ahead; to learn quicker, achieve even better results and be better equipped to deal with the coming challenges that are unfolding globally. Entrepreneurs today need to operate in a rapidly changing world while tackling many new challenges, including sustainability, climate change, and the shifting demography in life and work. Paul remains involved with a number of great businesses that he has invested in over the past 10 years and is still open to supporting other entrepreneurs and teams through 2-3 day workshops, strategy council establishment & short-term internal team programs.
