Twily is a voice-first wellness companion designed to support breastfeeding and pumping mothers through the most sleep-deprived, emotionally demanding phases of early parenthood. Unlike traditional wellness apps, Twily works hands-free and screen-free—built for use in the dark, during late-night pumping, or whenever calm is needed most. It uses conversational AI to deliver personalized audio-based relaxation and recovery sessions tailored to postpartum rhythms and emotional states. Rooted in nervous system science, Twily offers calming routines that blend breathwork, mindfulness, postpartum-safe movement, and a variety of gentle tools to reduce stress. Sessions adapt to how the user feels in the moment, helping restore calm, support physical recovery, and ease transitions into rest. Whether the goal is to fall back asleep after a 3AM pump, decompress after overstimulation, or rebuild self-trust during postpartum challenges, Twily meets users with empathy—not input fields. Its architecture is intentionally low-stimulation and trauma-sensitive, with a wellness program designed to support both mental wellbeing and the body’s natural recovery processes. Our mission is to make the experience of pumping more sustainable—so that fewer mothers stop breastfeeding before they’re ready, and more feel supported for as long as they choose to continue.
