Twin Creative is a creative recruitment agency that aims to offer a personable, tailored and human service to candidates and clients which is often found lacking in the recruitment industry. As a boutique start-up, we genuinely feel we can achieve this, purely by ensuring all our time is focussed on what we love to do - connecting talented creative people from all kinds of backgrounds. Combined, we have worked in the Creative Industry for over 10 years and have built up an impressive network of talented creatives, alongside collaborating with many of London’s top advertising agencies, design studios and brands. To be transparent, it’s just the two of us – Twin Sisters who work incredibly hard, have unrivaled autonomy and love to build meaningful, long-lasting relationships.
