I help hospitals, foundations, and businesses with social impact ambitions get unstuck. Together, we understand the landscape, set realistic goals, identify and connect with promising partners, get stakeholders on board, and launch (or relaunch) programs that catalyze change. For some organizations, this means raising more money for initiatives like health equity programs; for others, it’s about focusing ambitions and launching a grantmaking program. We move quickly, with typical programs going live within 3-6 months. My approach is driven by best practice research. I conduct deep studies in partnership with organizations like Advisory Board, the Association for Healthcare Philanthropy, Blackbaud, and others. I also offer custom research engagements for nonprofits (especially hospitals and health systems), grantmaking foundations, and companies working to strengthen their communities.
