We’re a New York City-based boutique practice offering integrative, interactive, and individualized therapy to the humans we support in their efforts to expand, enliven, and embody. We are a venue for those who seek to do more than restore stability and functionality; we midwife healing and recovery: restoration of wholeness and reclamation of what was lost.
Our clinicians believe psychotherapy is an art as much as it is a science; therefore, how we perceive, understand, and work with our clients is broad, receptive, and humanizing. We conceptualize and treat psychotherapy as a space, a process, and an outcome of the “collaborative exchange of experience, knowledge, and curiosity,” (Amanda Adili, LCSW).
You will bring your expertise of you, and we will share our expertise of the universal and idiosyncratic human experiences of feelings, thoughts, sensations, images, and behaviors and their dynamic interactions so you can become more fully known to yourself and be deeply seen and understood by another. This interpersonal process translates into intrapsychic change.
