Two Doves Psychotherapy Services

Two Doves offers in person, virtual, and phone sessions as well as virtual (zoom) and telephone support across Ontario. We value teaching, learning, and development. Two Doves is a practicum placement site to students in the McMaster Psychotherapy Program. Our therapists value a holistic approach that encompasses biological, psychological, social, emotional, spiritual, and historical dimensions. By integrating diverse methods, we provide therapy and education tailored to help individuals overcome their challenges. Being open and vulnerable can be challenging, particularly when chatting with someone new. With this in mind, we strive to foster a safe, welcoming, inclusive, and judgment-free environment. I strive to meet individuals where they are in their journey, collaboratively develop a plan.
