Manfred Hall was a long-time smoker. He started smoking as a teenager and smoked for 30 years. Like you, awareness of the bad health effects of smoking was not compelling enough to make him want to stop smoking. He quit smoking 9 years ago but he has endeavored to create this stop-smoking program for all the people who find it so difficult to quit smoking.
