Two Tree Capital

Two Tree Capital is a developer and operator of high-quality homes for rent in desirable neighborhoods across America. The Company was formed in 2021 by Scott, Tanner and John Maddux. Scott and Tanner previously worked in real estate investment banking and private equity at firms such as Goldman Sachs, Blackstone, Oaktree and Rockpoint before partnering with John to create Two Tree Capital. In addition to his role with Two Tree Capital, John Maddux is also President and CEO of Sunstone Properties Trust, a value-add multifamily operator and developer. Two Tree Capital is based in Westlake Village, CA and is focused solely on the acquisition and development of single-family for-rent neighborhoods.
