Tx2o technology effectively removes residual oil and dissolved solids from produced water with a combination of Tx2Sorb — a radial flow canister containing a proprietary regenerable sorption media, and Tx2Gen — the regeneration process that enables multiple reuses of the Tx2Sorb canister. Tx2o technology can be used for both onshore and offshore with zero adoption cost. The regeneration process produces no landfill waste and is cost effective.
Tx2o was founded by an interdisciplinary team of Ph.D. & Graduate Students from Texas State University. Our backgrounds range from Material Science Engineering and Commercialization to Business and Communication Design. We are aided by a board of advisors with extensive experience in entrepreneurship and start-up ventures.
