We recruit every position onboard including captains and our recruitment team includes a Captain, Chief Engineers & a Chief Stewardess. It’s this invaluable onboard experience that helps our recruiters select the best available candidates. Our thorough selection process includes accurate verifications of a candidates experience, qualifications & certificates. We also analyse a candidates skills and personality traits to ensure they will match the yachts requirements and onboard culture.
