TYIL, formally known as Gibbor Youth Foundation, is a non-profit organization dedicated to raising young transformational leaders across Africa through leadership education and youth leadership development. The organization adopts the model of Educating, Empowering, Collaborating with, and creating a Community (EECC) for African youth where they can discover, develop, and unleash their leadership potential to create transformative change. Furthermore, TYIL utilizes humanistic pedagogical approach in planning her programs and teaching African youth. The organization develops training focusing primarily on secondary and post-secondary youth.
