What makes me different: While most Fractional CFOs have a background in accounting and/or tax, I am a "Recovering CEO" who has run all aspects of a company. My background as a CEO alongside my experience as a CFO & leader for 250+ companies in the last 16 years, allows me to be more holistic and strategic in my approach, which is what I have found CEO’s need in companies <$30m in their CFO. How I do it: I lead, manage and hold accountable Accounting/Finance teams. I support Marketing, Sales, Ops, HR, Legal and Admin teams with a finance perspective I develop capital strategy and support capital raising when necessary. I support the strategic planning process aligning long term goals with daily KPIs.
