Recently awarded a Solar Impulse Efficient Solution Label, TyreFlow Environmental, Inc. is on a mission to create a full end-to-end waste tire upcycling solution, changing the way waste tires are managed in North America and around the world. Annually, there are approximately 300 million scrap tires generated in North America and 1.6 billion globally – unfortunately, only 30% are recycled into other products. TyreFlow plans to deploy groundbreaking new technologies to capitalize on this opportunity to turn the other 70% into highly-engineered sustainable materials.
With a focus on eliminating the long-standing waste problem, we are investing in world-leading upcycling process technologies and are vertically integrating the waste tire management ecosystem.
Each facility we build will save an estimated 420,000 tons of CO2 emissions per year. Our proprietary technology processes efficiently turn scrap rubber into highly-engineered materials that can be easily used by manufacturers to replace “virgin materials” - enabling a true cradle-to-cradle solution.
We will drive sustainable results by ensuring that doing the right thing environmentally is also the best option economically.
