Tyrosys Corp was a Texas C-Corporation that existed from Oct 1, 2002 until December 31, 2023.
During our 21 years of business we repaired fiber optic test equipment and repaired Mac computers as an Apple Authorized Service Provider. We had offices in Plano (2002-2006), Bonham (2007-2019), Georgetown (2009-2019), and Leander (2019 to 2023), Texas over our history.
We ultimately had to close and dissolve Tyrosys because the company founder and CEO, Bill Chapman, was diagnosed with terminal brain and lung cancer in November 2023. Surviving senior management tried desperately to save the company, but selfishly Bill never created a succession plan, nor last will, and grossly mishandled critical corporate paperwork -- thus requiring the business to shut down. Bill Chapman passed on October 15, 2024.
