During the past 15 years, real estate and renewable energy became additional fields of specialisation for our law firm. Within real estate law, we primarily advise large and medium-sized Nordic real estate funds and companies on real estate transactions and development including lease law and building contracts. Within the renewable energy sector, we advise clients in particular on M&A transactions for wind farms and photovoltaic parks in Germany as well as related project development, public subsidies and loan-securities. Due to the internationality of our clients and the number of cross-border assignments, we have of course a genuine expertise and specialisation in private international law as well as litigation in an international context, including enforcement of arbitral awards and foreign judgments in Germany.
