Tšusumetso, meaning Impact in Southern Sotho was set up as a fund by Mark Pedrick and Mpho Mphuthi in September 2023. The Tšusumetso fund's aim is to invest in micro and small environmentally conscious, sustainable businesses in developing countries across Africa and Asia, with the goal of creating jobs through building businesses and enterprises, which in turn aims to grow local economies to support the progression of people's livelihoods away from or out of poverty.
