U IT is a Regtech, specialized in regulatory reporting. We develop capture or automated tools to generate the BCL and CSSF legal reports and support them. We help & advise our customers, from well capturing their reports to finding their way in the vast and complex legislation domain that surround the legal reporting.
We also provides a strong technical expertise and support for the well known SOFiE © (Worldline) application and created a dedicated platform for the purpose, named LRCP (Legal Reporting Central Platform), which centralises all the filings in a same place. LRCP is a local/intranet server fully managed, operated and protected under our customer's IT network. A key update to LRCP is achieved in 2024 with the introduction of RSend BATCH, our new solution to file the legal reports to eDesk, the new CSSF platform.
U IT is mainly focussed on the Luxembourg market but started to extend to the European one with the release of RGen AIFM, our smart solution for the AIFMD Annex iV reporting from the ESMA, which preserves the privacy and confidentiality of one's data.
Legal reporting does not well marry with SAAS and web-based solution for privacy and confidentiality reasons. All of our solutions are based on this aspect, they are offline, executed from your network, granting our customers the insurance that their data are not shared with any third party, nor are exposed to being hacked.
