U-Lab ofwel voluit Usability Laboratory, is een interactief communicatiebureau dat gespecialiseerd is in de realisatie van websites en interactieve (mobile) applicaties waarbij (online)strategie en resultaat uitgangspunt zijn. De projecten van U-Lab kenmerken zich door een sterke interactiestructuur en een nauwe afstemming tussen vormgeving, techniek, content, zoekmachineoptimalisatie, integratie van sociale media. Met altijd het belang van de uiteindelijke ‘gebruiker’ voor ogen.
Wij maken dan ook wat we noemen 'next generation websites'. Websites die bijvoorbeeld intelligent omgaan met verschillende beeldschermfomaten (denk aan de invloed van breedbeeldmonitoren), verschillende 'devices' (denk aan laptop, desktop, tablets, smartphones) en websites die een hoge mate van integratie van sociale media toelaten. Daarom geloven we in maatwerk. Want uiteindelijk is geen onderneming of instantie gelijk. Juist het onderscheid maakt het verschil.
