Founded by the Madsen family in 1978, U-Lock Mini Storage is a portfolio of premium self-storage facilities serving the Lower Mainland and Vancouver Island.
Regarded as pioneers of Canada's self-storage industry, the Madsen's founded their first facility in Vancouver's historic Yaletown district in 1978. From there, they went on to be involved in the development and/or operation of over 22 facilities in Western Canada.
Today, the family still owns and operates 6 premium U-Lock self-storage facilities in Mission, White Rock, Chilliwack, Nanaimo, Victoria, and Parksville. The company continues to expand their portfolio through strategic acquisitions, development, and new product offerings.
