We are a local Tanzanian NGO at the forefront of the nation's kindness revolution. We work with youth to improve their psycho-social wellness and resilience. We do this by focusing on building young people's strengths, optimism, hope and awareness of their human rights in a practical way. Our mission is to empower young individuals through strength-based approaches that enhance resilience and decrease vulnerability. We achieve this through our 4 high impact and East African built programmes of sport, leadership, social work and entrepreneurship. We aim to nurture a positive self-image, promote well-being, and cultivate cultures of kindness across families, communities, youth groups, and places for education and leisure. This is how we can become the best version of ourselves and lead a productive life.
