U.S. Agri-Services Group (USASG) is a service group specializing in Farm Management, Farm Real Estate, and Farm Consulting. We provide services for absentee landowners, bank trust departments, individual trustees, investors, foundations, and non-profit organizations.

President Bill Hughes has a degree in Agri-Business Economics and previously held the role as Senior Vice President and Regional Manager in one of America's largest fiduciary farm management companies before starting USASG. Since the 1950's the value of farmland has appreciated at a rate 2% higher than inflation. U.S. Agri-Services Group provides farm management services to maximize farm returns for landowners. Our key responsibilities are to: collect cash rents, market commodities, secure property insurance, negotiate fair and equitable leases, select farm operators, and pay real estate taxes.
