Private sector, for-profit entity whose Mission is to replace the U.S.'s energy generated from ~241 coal & nuclear power plants before 2030 by: 1. passing local energy conservation & efficiency ordinances 2. innovative cleantech financing (such as on-bill financing thru Investor-owned utility companies, electric co-ops, or municipal-owned power companies) & business models (recruiting local governments, health insurance companies, & public health & social services agencies as strategic partners) 3. retrofitting to the enerPHit or Passive House voluntary energy efficiency building standards 4. on-site solar PV & solar thermal, wind power, and/or energy storage (batteries).
