U.S. English Conversation Classes

I am a native New Yorker with a neutral American accent who gives conversation classes online or in person to groups and individuals. ABOUT THE CLASSES Fluidity of the conversation is the #1 goal Group classes are meant to be highly interactive, like a normal social setting. Being yourself, sharing your thoughts, and interacting with the other students all lead to a friendly comfortable environment in which students feel free to express themselves. As the conversations become dynamic concerns over grammar, vocabulary and making mistakes disappear. And the inevitale result is that the students see improvements in all those areas and become better prepared for all their English speaking interactions at work, school, and abroad. Individual classes are meant to be fluid and dynamic as well. But the individual classes also offer opportunities for students to focus on specific needs. Correcting common mistakes, expanding the use of phrases that mean the same thing so as not to be too repetitive, and working on pronunciation errors typical of Spanish speakers are all addressed in private classes. Students may also want to practice a presentation, expand their business vocabulary, or focus on specific parts of an exam and the classes can focus on those needs as well.
