U-Save Foundation

The U-save Foundation is a non-governmental, non prot organization registered in Nigeria. Established in May 2020, U-Save works to provide access to safe drinking water, proper sanitation facilities and improve hygiene practices in Nigeria through, consultations, direct project execution, awareness campaigns, advocacy, capacity building and research. Our Vision: A healthy society transformed by sustainable water, sanitation and hygiene practices. Our Mission: To improve health outcomes through equitable access to safe drinking water and promotion of good sanitation and hygiene practices. Core Values: Leadership: Leadership is exemplified by the ability of everyone to exercise leadership in their respective work and taking responsibility. It is about empowering others and working together to achieve the common goal we hold. When leadership is visible, it births commitment and dedication, motivation, good communication and success. Equity: This means that we provide equal opportunities and ensure parity for all and making sure that no one is left behind. We provide WASH-related services to all regardless of race, gender or age. The organization’s policies, rules, regulations and standard operating procedures are formulated to ensure the inclusion of equity in all we do. Accountability: Accountability and transparency means being timely and having holistic internal and external control of income and expenditure. This entails putting in place policies that entrench value for money as well as complying with all laid down procedures for income, expenditure and execution of projects/programs. We are also committed to providing up-to-date information to all our stakeholders. Partnership: We thrive on and constantly promote effective collaborations with our stakeholders as we believe together everyone can achieve their shared goals and reach their targets.
