Once assigned, the project goes on for years. Next: we encourage productive work by eliminating unnecessary meetings, office work, or overloaded processes. But we require developers to be self-motivated to work in our company. Message to customers: we are working out from assumption, that if we do our work excellently once, the customer will return to perform more work with us. Positive past experiences combined with professional team usually results in a project success. Customer Warning: we do not belive in "customer always right" motto. When we work on projects, we expect to find best balance between marketing needs, technical implementation and final costs.
