Ronika is a composite parts and hardtop for pickups manufacturer. Established in 1991, with 30+ years of experience with glass-fiber, carbon-fiber and other composite materials, we offer quality production and services. Everything under the same roof, Ronika is offering full development cycle: process begins with creating a sketch. Using design software and/or 3D scanner, Ronika transforms initial ideas into detailed sketches. Next is model preparation, where 3D modeling is used to prepare accurate digital models. Prototype milling follows, utilizing 5 axis CNC milling machines and high-precision equipment to create physical prototypes from the digital models. Before full-scale manufacturing, Ronika conducts trial production runs. This phase involves small batch production to identify any potential issues, optimizing the process for mass production. Ronika also employs advanced techniques such as “RIM” (reaction injection molding) for creating complex parts, casting parts from polyurethane for durable and lightweight components, and using press molding to achieve precise shapes and finishes.
With all validations complete, Ronika moves to serial production, producing the final product at scale while maintaining high standards of quality and consistency. Ronika provides high-quality, innovative solutions tailored to meet a variety of production needs.
