UAegean Research and Innovation

Since 1996 the UAegean Research Unit has been involved in more than 2500 national and international research projects with important outcomes. UAegean Research Unit is a separate legal and economic entity from the UotA, which is responsible for the management and utilization of funds for scientific research, education, training, technological development and innovation, as well as the provision of related services. The University of the Aegean (Greece) is a powerful social and economic stakeholder in the North&South regions of the Aegean Archipelago. Ο Ειδικός Λογαριασμός Κονδυλίων Έρευνας του Πανεπιστημίου Αιγαίου στοχεύει στην ανάδειξη της ερευνητικής δράσης του ιδρύματος, στη διάχυση των ερευνητικών αποτελεσμάτων και της παραγόμενης καινοτομίας, στην παρουσίαση των ερευνητικών ομάδων, των υποδομών και υπηρεσιών του, όπως αυτά προκύπτουν μέσω της ορθής αξιοποίησης των υφιστάμενων χρηματοδοτικών εργαλείων.
