برنامج تكامل هو برنامج وطني لدعم الابتكار بدأ في عام 2011 بهدف توفير الدعم للمخترعين وترسيخ ثقافة الابتكار في دولة الإمارات حيث يسهم في جعل دولة الإمارات ضمن المجتمعات الأكثر ابتكاراً في العالم، من خلال مساندة تنفيذ الأفكار المحلية المبتكرة وتحويلها إلى أنشطة تجارية تعود بالفائدة على الدولة اقتصادياً واجتماعياً وذلك من خلال دعم المخترعين بمختلف فئاتهم ومستوياتهم؛ افراداً وشركات ومؤسسات أكاديمية.
