UAT Group comprises UAT Air Conditioning Sdn Bhd (UATAC) and UAT Energy Sdn Bhd (UATE). Since its inception in 1995, UAT Group has successfully completed various projects with total contracts value of more than RM750 million involving the following works; Plant Piping : More than 500,000 dia-inch fabricated and erected, including 140,000 dia-inch from 2 x 8km 48” Carbon Steel Pipe installed inside Putrajaya Corridor Utility Tunnel. Onshore Fabrication : More than 15,000 tons of minor structural and ducting fabrication. Heating, Ventilation and Air-Conditioning (HVAC), District Cooling & Thermal Energy Storage (TES) : The Group is an integrated HVAC, District Cooling and TES Contractor capable to undertake the work on Engineering, Procurement, Construction and Commissioning (EPCC) basis. More than 400,000 RT-hr installed. Mechanical & Electrical Equipment : More than 400 equipment installed, hooked-up and commissioned. Tanks Fabrication & Erection : More than 25 tanks built, the largest being a 30m (diameter) x 20m (height) tank. The Group’s latest milestone is the completion of HVAC and TES at IOI City Mall Project with a contract value worth more than RM76 million. UAT Group was recently awarded with a multi-million Ringgit contract for the expansion of Mega Jana District Cooling Plant (DCP) in Cyberjaya. UAT Group was the contractor for the previous works for DCP 1 & 2, which serves as a testimony of a satisfied client with UAT’s work performance. UAT Group have had experiences undertaking works in “life operating plant” during works at KL Plaza Central DCP, Cyberjaya DCP and a recently completed contract for upgrading works at UTP GDC Plant. UAT Group achievements were contributed by its dedicated project management team without compromising quality and safety.
