UB FIGG

UB FIGG is a private equity fund investing in innovative growth companies accelerating the use of renewable bio-based materials. We focus on the packaging, building products and biochemicals industries. The first UB FIGG fund started its operation in January 2023 and has EUR 114 million in commitments. The fund has a pan-European investment scope and can invest EUR 5-20 million per portfolio company. UB FIGG’s Partners and Advisory Board consist of highly experienced experts in the forest industry, corporate finance and growth entrepreneurship. Through its investments, the fund helps the bio-based industries to create solutions to mitigate climate change. UB FIGG is a signatory of Operating Principles for Impact Management and reports on the environmental and climate impact of its investments.
