The Irving K. Barber Faculty of Science at UBC Okanagan is committed to excellence in research, teaching and learning, experiential learning and community engagement. As the largest Faculty on campus, we are home to 3,400 undergraduate and graduate students. Our faculty and staff members work diligently to ensure our future leaders receive the best instruction, training, support, and research opportunities available—all within a close-knit learning community. We work closely with local First Nations, public and private sector partners and others in academia to find solutions to societal issues and continue to have a meaningful impact on our local and global communities.
