UBC Synapse

AMS UBC Synapse is a club at the University of British Columbia, Vancouver that targets neurodegenerative disease through three lenses: promoting awareness, fundraising for related research and organizations, and connecting students with the neurodegenerative disease community. Recent initiatives include hosting arts and crafts workshops at senior homes, film screening to raise awareness on dementia, and creating short video interviews that feature the individual experience of living with a neurodegenerative disease.
