Überrito Fresh Mex is a Mexican fast-casual concept that offers highly customizable burritos, bowls, salads and nachos made with more than 40 fresh ingredients and toppings. Our Überrito concept launched December 2014, building on the success of the former Mission Burrito founded in 1996 in Houston. Along with menu favorites like “10 Tasty Tacos,” we deliver on our promise to go above and beyond the basic burrito and encourage guests to “try something nü.” We operate five Houston-area locations and one Phoenix location.
