Ubix Therapeutics is a clinical-stage biotechnology company with comprehensive capabilities in TPD therapeutics, spanning from discovery to clinical studies. Our proprietary TPD platform technology, Degraducer®, harnesses the body’s natural protein degradation machinery to eliminate diseased proteins, achieving near-complete inactivation of disease-causing pathways. We have established a robust, wholly owned and partnered degrader pipeline focused on targeted and immuno-oncology areas. Our wholly owned programs include: • UBX-303-1, a Phase 1-stage, potential best-in-class BTK degrader for treating relapsed or refractory B-cell malignancies. • UBX-106, a preclinical-stage, potential first-in-class SHP2 degrader designed to treat a broad spectrum of MAPK signaling-driven solid tumors. Additionally, the IND-enabling study for UBX-103, AR degrader program which was out-licensed to Yuhan in July 2024, is currently underway. We believe our degrader programs can effectively address a broad range of drug resistance mutations and overcome residual activation of disease-causing signaling pathways.
