The program leverages the Sharelook digital platform to deliver engaging and accessible learning experiences, while also incorporating in-person support for greater impact. At its core, Ubuntu Academy focuses on cultivating essential competencies such as communication, problem-solving, leadership, resilience, and teamwork, all within the context of preparing participants for opportunities in logistics and supply chain management. It works closely with local NGOs, academic partners, and community organizations to ensure contextually relevant content and mentoring support
